Our beautiful 25,000 square foot Clubhouse is complete with the Poolside Café, Card Rooms, Billiards Room, Arts and Crafts Room, Classroom, Demonstration Kitchen, Aerobic Workout Room, a Fitness Center and a Social Hall which seats 500 for shows and meetings.
The mirrored Aerobics Room is the spot where many activities take place. Total Health Systems offers classes in Body Sculpting, Pilates, Tai Chi, Senior Aerobics, Yoga and Zumba, to name a few.
The Arts and Crafts Room is used for many different types of craft classes such as 3-D Art, Painting and Jewelry Making. There is a kiln available for firing clay projects.
The Beach is a fun place for sunning yourself on a lounge chair or playing volleyball. Children may enjoy playing on the sand. There is NO SWIMMING allowed in the lake.
The Billiards Room has two regulation size tables and a selection of cue sticks.
The Pool Side Café serves breakfast and lunch daily. They offer a delicious selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads, daily specials and lots more. Table service is available both inside the Café and outside in a screened-in patio where you can enjoy the view of the pool and lake while dining.
Card Rooms: The clubhouse has two card rooms, each with eight tables. There are additional rooms which may be used when necessary.
The Classroom may be reserved for meetings for up to 12 people and can be used as an overflow card room when available.
Fishing Pier: The lake has a large assortment of fish from large mouth bass to the occasional alligator. There are chairs and a sun shade for your comfort.
The Fitness Center is available 24/7 for homeowners' convenience.
Total Health Systems is a professional fitness company that offers programs in our Fitness Center designed to meet the needs of active adults 55 years and older. They offer many different types of exercise classes for both beginners and more advanced participants. There are also personal trainers available at a reasonable cost, free fitness evaluations and various types of massage, physical, occupational and water therapy offered.
The beautiful Main Lobby in the Clubhouse is a gathering place for residents before Social Hall shows and activities. Whether you're waiting for an event or meeting a friend, this is a lovely place to sit and relax.
The Poker Room has six regulation size tables for cards or other table games.
Shuffleboard Courts are available for your enjoyment. The cues and discs are in a storage locker at the end of the courts.
The Social Hall is the hub of many activities in the clubhouse. There is high quality entertainment scheduled all year long, as well as meetings and events from our very active clubs and organizations. The room can be set up with tables for large parties for up to 230 people, or theater style seating for up to 500. There is also a state-of-the-art sound and video projection system with large screen for viewing movies.
Our Sports Complex includes courts for Pickle ball, Bocce, Croquet, Basketball and a Putting Green.

We have two Bocce Courts, with comfortable seating and canopies at both ends of the courts. They are lighted for evening play.
Swimming Pool, Resistance Pool and Hot Tub: The resort style pool and patio is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is also a resistance pool and hot tub for your enjoyment, as well as ample shaded areas, tables with umbrellas, and lounge chairs. Whether you're taking part in a water aerobics class, swimming laps, or just relaxing, this is the place to be! We do request that all residents and guests observe the posted safety rules.
The Tennis Courts are open to all Valencia Falls residents. They are lighted in the evening so as to extend the time for play.
