Amenities and Activities
Our beautiful, newly renovated 25,000 square foot Clubhouse is complete with an Indoor and Outdoor Café, Card Rooms, Billiards and Arts and Crafts Rooms, Meeting Rooms, a Demonstration Kitchen, Aerobic Exercise Room, a Fitness Center and a Social Hall which seats 450 for shows and meetings.
The beautiful Main Lobby in the Clubhouse is a gathering place for residents before Social Hall shows and activities. Whether you're waiting for an event or meeting a friend, this is a lovely place to sit and relax.
The Social Hall is the hub of many activities in the clubhouse. There is high quality entertainment scheduled all year long, as well as meetings and events from our very active clubs and organizations. The room can be set up with tables for large parties for up to 230 people, or theater style seating for up to 450. There is also a state-of-the-art sound and video projection system with large screen for viewing presentations and movies.
The Café serves breakfast and lunch daily and special event dinners. They offer a delicious selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads, daily specials and lots more. Table service is available both inside and outside.
The Café has a screened-in patio where you can enjoy the view of the pool and lake while dining.
The Activities and More Room houses our two state-of-the-art billiard tables. It is also used for different types of craft classes such as 3-D Art, Painting, Pottery, and Jewelry Making. There is a kiln available for firing clay projects.
The clubhouse has two Card Rooms, each with eight tables.
The Poker Room has six regulation size tables for cards or other table games.
Our newly built mirrored Aerobics and More Center of approximately 1100 square feet is the spot where many activities take place.
During the morning hours, professional classes are offered such as Body Sculpting, Pilates, Tai Chi, Sit to be Fit, Yoga, Zumba, Chair Exercises, Flex and Balance Classes, and more. In the afternoon and evening, it is a multi-purpose room for presentations and meetings.
The newly expanded Fitness Center of approximately 1100 square feet is available 24/7 for homeowners' convenience. Our professional fitness company offers programs in our Fitness Center designed to meet the needs of active adults 55 years and older. They offer many different types of exercise classes for both beginners and more advanced participants. There are also personal trainers available at a reasonable cost, free fitness evaluations and various types of massage, physical, occupational and water therapy offered.
The resort style Pool and Patio is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is also a resistance pool and hot tub for your enjoyment, as well as ample shaded areas, tables with umbrellas, and lounge chairs. Whether you're taking part in a water aerobics class, swimming laps, or just relaxing, this is the place to be! We do request that all residents and guests observe the posted safety rules.
We have 6 new Pickleball courts, two of which are lit for night play. We participate in multiple leagues where residents have the opportunity for social and competitive play. There is also a large seating area for spectators to enjoy watching the games.
There are 6 HarTru Tennis Courts which are open to all Valencia Falls residents. Lighting is available in the evening to extend the time for play. A full time Tennis Pro provides clinics and paid lessons. The Pro also works with our championship tennis teams to assist with league play.
Our beautiful Bocce courts provide both a sport and social activity that people of any age and almost any physical condition can play and enjoy. Seating areas and umbrellas encourage spectators to enjoy watching friends and neighbors play.
Fishing Pier - The lake has a large assortment of fish from large mouth bass to the occasional alligator. There are chairs and a sun shade for your comfort.
Shuffleboard Courts are available for your enjoyment. The cues and discs are in a storage locker at the end of the courts.
The Beach is a fun place for sunning yourself on a lounge chair or playing volleyball. Children may enjoy playing on the sand. There is NO SWIMMING allowed in the lake.
Tot Lot - Children under 5 must have adult supervision.
No food or drinks will be allowed.
